Lender Support Programs
Compass Business Advisors solves problems for lenders as well. Our experience in dealing with classified small business credits has given us in-depth understanding of the regulatory issues faced by lenders when considering how to restructure and rehabilitate a loan. We work with our referring lenders without violating Sarbanes-Oxley or creating potential lender liability. Our FAS 114 compliance programs based on the present value of expected future cash flows have been developed, working closely with our lenders and their regulators to assist them to properly measure loan impairment for reserve purposes.
