Lender Support Products
Compass Business Advisors supplies effective portfolio management products for lenders. Our experience in dealing with classified small business credits has given us in-depth understanding of the regulatory issues faced by lenders when considering a troubled debt restructure. We work with our referring lenders without violating Sarbanes-Oxley or creating potential lender liability. Our FAS 114 compliant discounted cash flow product has been developed, working closely with our lenders and their regulators as a viable loan rehabilitation plan that will also properly measure loan impairment for reserve purposes.
