William C. LeRoy

Mr. LeRoy has more than 24 years of experience management, acquisition and turn-around of troubled companies in the healthcare, high-tech, manufacturing, construction and various service industries.  During that time he has served as a Vice President, Director, General Manager and Controller in addition to the completion of several successful interim management and consulting engagements.  He has worked with over 40 companies to return them to a profitable and financially stable condition.  Bill developed the theories and methods for restructuring and improving a company’s performance based on its Intrinsic Value Proposition; an innovative process capable of quickly and efficiently returning troubled companies to stability and financial success.

Mr. LeRoy holds a designation as a Certified Turnaround Professional from the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (ACTP) and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).  The designation includes extensive testing in the assessment and valuation of troubled companies and is the most valued certification in the turnaround or corporate restructuring industry.

Mr. LeRoy is also an accomplished writer and speaker who has presented workshops to banker groups on troubled loan recognition and compliance under FAS 114 – Accounting by Creditors for Impairment of a Loan.
