Turnaround Management Association (TMA)
The Turnaround Management Association is an international organization dedicated to providing training and certification programs to corporate renewal and turnaround professionals across the globe. Founded in 1988 by industry professionals and the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise at the University of North Carolina, TMA has grown from a small group of turnaround practitioners to a membership that exceeds 7,000 members and 34 chapters worldwide. In addition to industry journeymen, the association now includes attorneys, bankers, asset-based lenders and other professionals who work in the corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy arenas.
We believe that work ethics, demonstrated standards, continued education and industry certification are the cornerstones of a solid professional firm. To meet these expectations, we have structured our practices and procedures to follow the guidelines of the Turnaround Management Association including the TMA Code of Ethics.
